皮帶輸送機(jī)常用于輸送零散的小零件及重量在100kg以下的物品。在組裝、包裝生產(chǎn)線，以及象食品、醫(yī)藥等需要無(wú)污染的行業(yè)得到廣泛應(yīng)用。
輸送機(jī)的皮帶常采用PVC/PU帶，機(jī)架常用碳鋼及鋁型材，在潮濕或食品、醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)則用不銹鋼板。驅(qū)動(dòng)方式一般有電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)及電動(dòng)滾筒驅(qū)動(dòng)二種，速度在3m/min-30m/min之間。采用變頻器調(diào)速，變速比達(dá)1：3。
皮帶輸送機(jī)除常見(jiàn)的水平輸送外，根據(jù)輸送要求，可制造成轉(zhuǎn)彎式、傾斜式、帶擋板大傾斜式（爬坡皮帶機(jī)）、變幅式、側(cè)翻式等各種型式。
采用PLC控制，變頻器驅(qū)動(dòng)，我們開(kāi)發(fā)出了長(zhǎng)達(dá)180米的超長(zhǎng)皮帶機(jī)。

Belt conveyor
The belt conveyor can transport a wide variety of materials with various structures and forms, which can meet the special requirements of oil resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-static, etc.
Belt conveyor is often used to transport scattered small parts and items that the weight of less than 100kg. It is widely used in assembly and packaging production lines, as well as industries requiring no pollution, such as food and medicine. Conveyor belt often use PVC/PU belt, frame commonly used carbon steel and aluminum profile, in wet or food, medicine and other industries with stainless steel plate.
In addition to the common horizontal transport, according to the transport requirements, can be manufactured into a turning type, tilt type, with baffle large tilt type (climbing belt), amplitude type, rollover and other types.
