離子交換器
離子交換器有硬聚氯烯(PUC),硬聚氯烯復(fù)合玻璃鋼(PVC-FRP),有機(jī)玻璃(PMMA),有機(jī)玻璃復(fù)合透明玻璃鋼(PMMA-FRP),鋼襯膠等材質(zhì).主要用于鍋爐、熱電站、化工、輕工、紡織、醫(yī)藥、生物、電子、原子能等工業(yè)需硬水軟化。去離子水制備的場(chǎng)合,還可用于食品、藥物的脫色提純,貴重金屬、化工原料的回收,電鍍水的處理等。
離子交換器設(shè)有鈉離子交換器、陰陽(yáng)床、混合床、再生床三種品種。陰陽(yáng)床采用先進(jìn)的逆流再生工藝、混合床設(shè)有柱內(nèi)再生、陰樹(shù)脂全移外再和生工藝,再生床是專為陰樹(shù)脂移外再生的混合床操作工藝配置的。

Ion exchanger
The material of ion exchanger is various, including hard polychlorene (PUC), hard polychlorene composite glass fiber reinforced plastic (pvc-frp), plexiglass (PMMA), plexiglass composite transparent glass fiber reinforced plastic (pmma-frp), steel lining rubber and so on. It is mainly used for hard water softening in industries such as boilers, thermal power stations, chemical industry, light industry, textiles, medicine, biology, electronics, and atomic energy. It can also be used for decolorization and purification of food and medicine, recovery of precious metals and chemical raw materials, and treatment of electroplating water.
There are three kinds of ion exchanger: sodium ion exchanger, anion ion bed, mixed bed and regenerative bed.
